Szewska is a main street that leads to the Market Square from the famous Bagatela Theatre.
This project was initially projected for the complete redevelopment of a building for commercial and residential use while preserving the historical character of the building's features.

Having successfully negotiated the purchase, Maylane Polska completed the process of the “WZ” planning permit application and the property was sold prior to the commencement of development activity.
